Why are there two logins?
The first login is for your customer zone. In the customer zone, you handle your billing and contracts.
The Survey Tool has its own login and is shielded from the billing data. It is not uncommon for managers to handle the billing and workers login into the Survey Tool only.
How does payment by credit card work?
Your account is extended by 1 month after the trial period ends and at the same time every month. So, if you register on the 14th of June, the trial period will end on the 21st of June and then the first month's payment is deducted from your credit card.
What if my payment is declined?
If your payment is declined then our system will try multiple times for another 3 days. If still not successful the contract will be closed and all data will be deleted.
How do I update my credit card?
When you log into Customer Zone, you can update the credit card details there. After your details are updated, the system will retry charging it with new details.
What if I want to upgrade the service?
Contact Sales and they will update it for you. You will in some cases sign a digital document inside the customer zone.
Can I pay by wire transfer?
You can apply directly online for paying in form of annual billing or project based billing by filling in a form and you will get approval or information on how to qualify. See link below:
Can I pause my service and then resume it later?
We do not support free parking of your service. However, there is a possibility that you can park your data for up to 9 months for a fee. Contact Sales to know the amount of fee in your case. During parking, no external services such as, but not limited to Logins and API functions will work.
